Big Boobs, Big Busts, Big Breasts or Big Tits is a pornography term that refers to a category mainly known in the video, publishing and website industry (mainly American and Japanese) of this kind of entertainment.
Description
The Big Boobs genre is focused on breast fetishism. Models that work in this branch of pornography are characterized by the unusually big size of their breasts, either natural or surgically augmented.
Several pornographic models and artists use pseudonyms that make reference to the size of their breasts, such as "Peaks" or "Topps". It is common for these models to present misleading measurements. For example, a model may say their cup size is 43G, when in reality it is 36G. A model with a 36G cup size (US) will have an over-the-bust size of 43 inches, but the band size (torso measurement excluding the breasts) will be 36 inches, with the "G" size indicating that the difference between these two sizes is 7 inches. Some artists will make use of the metric system without indicating the measurement being used. An artist with an over-the-bust size of 40 inches might present their measurement as 101.
Big Boobs in Japan
While big breasts are not traditionally valued in Japan, artists with big breasts have been admired in erotic Japanese cinema since at least the 1950s, with actresses such as Michiko Maeda. However, the popularity of big breasts would not become popular until the 1980s. Due to this cultural shift, Nikkatsu named Ran Masaki the "Queen of SM" (sadomasochism) of their Roman Porno series in 1986, due to her bust size of 39 inches. Since the mid-2000s, big-breasted models and actresses have become commonplace in Japanese entertainment.
