Shane Russell Boyle (born May 24, 2002) is an American online streamer and Instagram star; he is better known as Bill Jensen, a born-again Christian who runs a Christian-centric hotline on Instagram.
Bill is known for being angered easily and his tendency to call people sinners, which resulted in people trolling him on his hotline. Users will also troll him on his streams by sending hentai videos, playing music with explicit lyrics (including profanity) or excessively loud (distortion) audio or sounds, mooning (mostly on Instagram streams), Photoshop videos, and sending him donations insulting him.

Boyle was born on May 24, 2002, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he was raised.
Personal life
2023 Swattings
Bill was swatted during his birthday stream on May 24th, leading to him going on a hiatus for a month. After that, he came back a month later and began to stream again until September 9th, where he got swatted once again. Following this incident, Bill stated in his Discord server to another user that "There won't be a hotline for a while, buddy." Bill returned from his hiatus on December 6th with a stream after a few weeks of hinting at a return. On December 20th during a stream, Bill’s family was swatted. Bill started a livestream stating that he moved away from his family in the hopes that this would not happen. As a result of the swatting, Bill stated that he would have to end the hotline. On December 27th, after someone attempted to swat Bill’s family when he wasn’t streaming, Bill announced that he would resume streaming the next day. On December 28th, Bill had returned to streaming after a week hiatus.
Ban
Due to Bill getting trolled, he had gotten suspended from going live on his main Instagram account multiple times. He also got banned from posting on YouTube a couple of times as well due to the trolling. His Twitch account has also been suspended numerous times due to shock content being sent through media share.
On May 9, 2023, his main YouTube channel got terminated. The "Clips" and "Reacts" channels were left untouched, but the "Reacts" channel’s videos have all been deleted in response to the termination. As a result, Bill has created an account on a streaming platform called Kick (since his Twitch account was banned at the time his YouTube channel got terminated). However, his channel got reinstated the next day. As a result of the termination, he has either privatized or deleted all of his existing livestreams.
On October 23, 2024, Bill announced that he is officially banned from Streamlabs due to media shares violating their terms of service; he is now transitioning to using StreamElements for his streaming activities. Bill is no longer using Streamlabs for Christian-friendly videos from over 5 years ago. On December 29th, his username "billj777" was banned from Twitch at 9:20 p.m. and he returned to Kick to start streaming at 9:31 p.m. ET and a few days later, his Twitch account was back.
On February 24, 2025, his Twitch account got suspended and one week later, his Twitch account was back again. On April 26th, he is now suspended and two weeks later, his Twitch account was back.
