Bill Land is a broadcaster who is the voice of the San Antonio Spurs on Fox Sports Southwest. Land has been employed by the network since 1988 as the Home Sports Network.

Biography[edit]

He is the current play-by-play voice of the San Antonio Spurs and calls college football games on FSN Southwest. He has also hosted a show called UTSA Football Insider. He is a former sportscaster in Tulsa where he hosted sports for KRMG-AM 740 and Tulsa Cable. For FSN, he called various sports for the network such as college basketball, college baseball, college soccer, college softball, women's college basketball, and college swimming and diving.

Personal life[edit]

Land is a resident of Highland Village, Texas with his wife Gayle and his two sons, Taylor and Cooper. Land is a graduate of Southern Illinois-Edwardsville.
