Billy L. Sullivan (born May 24, 1980) is an American actor. He played Oliver Webb, foster son to the manager of the Palace in the Golden Girls spin off The Golden Palace. In 2008, he produced the teen drama film Faded Memories. Billy is also the brother of actor Michael Sullivan.
