Billy Liptrot
history William "Billy" Liptrot was born in bilinge hospital 31st May 2000. Hs Parents known as Big lip and Kelly. Billy spent alot of his childhood caring for his diabetic dad before eventually finding his passion for Rugby League, Wigan Warriors and Iron bru.
Rugby League Rugby is a massive part of Billys life and in his own words he is a "die hard" Wigan Warriors fan. Being a season ticket holder since 2004 and opting to go to Wigan Warriors sport development college. Billy started his career at Wigan St.Cuthberts where he would wear the green and yellow till under 16's where he moved to Orrell St James' before eventually finding his home at Shevington Sharks ARLFC.
Inspirations Chris bates, Chris was his Shevington Sharks coach and his main inspriation for Billy. When Billy joined the sharks he was at a low in his life and he didnt know wheather rugby was right for him. Then Chris took Billy under his wing and brought the best out of him as he became Shevington Sharks 2018 Top try scorer, captain, player of the year, players player of the year and clubman of the year.
