William Parkes (4th ¼ 1891[1] – death unknown) was an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1910s. He played at club level for Wakefield Trinity (Heritage № 191).

Background

Billy Parkes' birth was registered in Wakefield district, West Riding of Yorkshire, England, and he was killed during World War I.[2]

Playing career
