Gameplay[edit]
Difficulty and characters[edit]
The player can choose from difficulties such as; Mild, Severe, & Lethal. The user can boost the difficulty by choosing character traits & personal life. There is an easter egg where the player can infect Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, & Jesus.[2][3]
Infection[edit]
The player starts in the present day, where the victim has not been infected with any symptoms, and the user has to collect "BioPoints" to evolve the symptoms, & if the disease becomes very lethal, the victim dies.[4] The user loses when doctors have cured him.
