Olabisi Kolawole.[1] (Born September 20, 1956) is a Nigerian artist and politician, who is also an indigene of Ikere-Ekiti in Ekiti state.[2]. He is currently contesting[3] for the seat of the governor of Ekiti state under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).[4] He was born in Ile-Ife to the family of Chief Ezekiel Kolawole of Efon Alaaye in Ekiti state and Alice Mojirola Kolawole of Modakeke in Osun state. He is a graduate of Yaba College of Technology as well as the University of Ado-Ekiti (Now Ekiti State University) both in Nigeria.
Politics and Public Service
He is a member of the board of trustees of the PDP and the immediate past chairman[5] of the PDP in Ekiti state. He is the current Governorship Candidate of the PDP in the forthcoming Ekiti State Gubernatorial Elections on June 18, 2022[6]
