The Bitter Giuseppe is a cocktail made from Cynar, Antica Formula Carpano (a sweet vermouth), lemon juice, and orange bitters.[1] It was created by Stephen Cole in 2007 while working at The Violet Hour in Chicago.[2] It features Cynar as its main liquor, and Stephen specifically used Antica Formula Carpano.
