Biz2X is an AI-driven, global SaaS lending platform that partners with financial institutions to automate, digitize, and provide expedited small business lending.[1] It evolved from Biz2Credit (founded 2007) to provide banks with AI-driven analytics, loan management, and risk-management technology. It provides end-to-end lending solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and is known for its Accelerate SBA platform for SBA lenders,[2] among other features. In 2025, it launched the Biz2X Underwriting Agent and Biz2X AI CRM, to provide scalable lending infrastructure to global markets including including India and Middle East.[3]
Biz2X is also known for its annual Frontiers conference, an exclusive event that invites experts in banking, fintech, investing and public policy to discuss the current themes in SME lending.[4] The inaugural conference took place in New York City in 2017.
History
Biz2x was launched in 2017 by Biz2Credit co-founders Rohit Arora and Ramit Arora to provide banks and other financial institutions with an embedded lending platform to provide their small business customers with a way to quickly access, manage and repay financing in one platform. In 2019, when Biz2X was still in infancy, its parent company, Biz2Credit, used a portion of the $52 million in series B capital financing it received from WestBridge Capital[5] to grow Biz2X.[6]
In 2020, Biz2Credit partnered with ACAP SME LLC, an SBA-approved non-bank lender and national loan aggregator of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans, in partnership with The Loan Source, Inc., ACAP’s servicing team, to utilize the Biz2X PPP Forgiveness Platform.[7] ACAP and The Loan Source selected the Biz2X platform for loan originations for the federal government's second round of the PPP program, which was launched in 2020.[8] In 2021, Biz2X also partnered with Fountainhead, another non-bank SBA lender, to process Small Business Administration (SBA) loan applications for all of its SBA lending programs.[9]
In November of 2020 Biz2X signed global financial institution HSBC as a client. HSBC used the Biz2X lending platform in its Fusion program to accelerate the approval of credit applications for SMEs in the U.S.[10] In the third quarter of 2025, Biz2Credit announced a partnership with Amazon Web Services to offer agentic AI lending solutions on the Biz2X platform with multi-lingual capabilities built on Amazon Bedrock.[11] The AI agents serve to guide borrowers through application steps, verify documents, and provide support, speeding up approvals and reducing errors. The AI agents also handle payment reminders and queries on a daily basis.
in November, 2025 Biz2X was named as an official member of the SME Finance Forum, an international network of 200+ members comprised of financial and non-financial companies serving SMEs in 190+ countries.[12]
Research and White Papers
Biz2X maintains a partnership with global management consulting firm Boston Consulting Group to publish research-driven whitepapers. In 2025 and early 2026 the collaboration resulted in the publishing the whitepapers "The Forthcoming Revolution in Small Business Lending"[13] and "Urgency and Opportunity: The Next Chapter in Small Business Financing."[14]
In 2024, Biz2X was cited as a lead banking source in a whitepaper from the NYU Stern School of Finance, "Lender Automation and Racial Disparities in Credit Access," published in the Journal of Finance.[14]
