Black Voices
Black Voices is a community category for HuffPost (formerly known as The Huffington Post until 2017[1]) launched by Sheila C. Johnson and Arianna Huffington covering (but not limited to) entertainment, political, social justice, and cultural news. Black Voices was introduced on August 4, 2011[2] through a HuffPost article by Sheila C. Johnson, expressing its meaning and contribution to the community. This community serves to lift African American voices and stories to be heard.
