Blackpeak is a global investigative research and risk advisory firm. It offers investigative due diligence, investigations and security, and business intelligence research services[1].

The firm was founded in 2011.[1] by Chris Leahy, Jack Clode, Nicholas Bryan-Brown and Ian Roberts. It initially opened in Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo. In April 2012, the firm expanded into mainland China with an office in Shanghai[2] and later in Guangzhou and Beijing[2] In November 2016, the firm opened an office in New York, its first outside of Asia[3].
Services[edit]
Blackpeak’s range of services includes investigative due diligence, investigations including fraud and whistleblowing investigations, anti-money-laundering or terrorism financing (AML/CTF) investigations, intellectual property disputes support, security and business intelligence research [4] [3][4][5][6]. Since 2017, the firm has also been providing cyber security and political risk evaluation services.
Blackpeak also advises banks on what they can do to help eradicate human slavery, especially in Asia[7] [5].
