Blazing Griffin is a digital entertainment company specialising in game development and film and television production.[1][2][3] The company was founded in 2015 following a merger of three start-up companies[4] based in Scotland, and are most notable for their Christmas zombie musical Anna and the Apocalypse and multiplayer first-person shooter The Ship: Murder Party. The company is currently directed by Naysun Alae-Carew[5], a producer for Anna and the Apocalypse.[6][7] Its game development team gained success with their Scottish BAFTA-winning title Distant Star: Revenant Fleet[8][9], before moving on to remastering The Ship[10], creating spiritual successor Murderous Pursuits[11], and releasing Murder Mystery Machine for Apple Arcade[12][13]. Their post-production team operate from their headquarters in Glasgow, Scotland and have worked on a number of titles such as Outlander, Still Game and Our Girl[14][15]. The film and television production team are currently in production on Book of Love with Sky and Buzzfeed Studios, starring Sam Claflin.[16][17]
