Blinking
Blinking is a technology company founded in Belgrade in 2017, specializing in software solutions for remote user registration and identification, digital identity management, and secure data storage.[1] The company developed the Blinking Identify platform, which enables automated electronic identification through identity document scanning and biometric user verification.[2][3] Its solutions support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, helping organizations meet regulatory requirements and enhance the security of digital services.[3][4] Blinking is registered in Serbia’s Register of Electronic Identification Service Providers and Electronic Identification Schemes for both substantial and high assurance levels.[5] The company’s technology is used across banking, telecommunications, insurance, hospitality, and gambling industries.[3] Blinking operates throughout Serbia and the Western Balkans and serves clients in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Canada.[2][3] In 2023, the company partnered with Meridianbet to strengthen player onboarding and verification processes through digital identification and automated KYC checks.[4]
