BluTV is a Turkish subscription video on-demand and Turkey's first domestic over-the-top streaming service, launched on January 23, 2016 by Doğan Holding[2] and currently owned by Warner Bros. Discovery.[3] The service is available on smart TV's,[4] mobile devices, and the website.[5] BluTV's content library includes films, series, documentaries, sports, live TV and more. On January 19, 2021, Discovery bought 35% of the service. With this purchase, Discovery+ was included in BluTV as a content hub in 2021. On December 26, 2023 with the permission of the Turkish Competition Authority, Warner Bros. Discovery fully purchased BluTV.[1][3]
