Blue Diamond Amusement Park opened in 2002, and had amusement park rides added in 2003.[1] From 2003 through 2007, this park featured the only two roller coasters in the state of Delaware, the Blue Diamond Streak and the Orient Express. After 2007, the rides section of the park was closed, and the park continued to operate in a limited capacity until 2014 before closing[2]. The Blue Diamond Streak would go on to be refurbished and relocated in Daytona Beach[3], Florida before shutting down permanently in 2018.
