Blueback is an upcoming Australian drama film written and directed by Robert Connolly. It is based on the 1997 novel by Tim Winton. The film stars Mia Wasikowska, Radha Mitchell, Erik Thomson, Eddie Baroo and Eric Bana.[1] It was part of the list of films that was offered at 71st Berlin International Film Festival in March 2021.[2]
The film is scheduled to be released in Australia on 1 January 2023.[3]
