Board Private Bank

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Board Private Bank is the creator of the Board Cash Offer (BCO) mortgage program. The program's stated objective is to level the playing field between cash and financed buyers. While the Private Bank does notoriously little marketing, it primarily services housing markets such as Denver, CO, that are extremely competitive.[1]. In these markets, mortgaged borrowers are said to be disadvantaged relative to all-cash buyers.[2].

Board Private Bank is backed by the San Francisco venture capital firm 1517 Fund, itself partly capitalized by Peter Thiel, and is based out of Denver, Colorado.[3].
