Bonifacio Veas Fernández (June 1865 – ?) was a Chilean politician who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.

A member of the Democratic Party, Veas represented Valparaíso and Casablanca for three consecutive parliamentary terms between 1906 and 1915. During his first two terms, he served on the Permanent Commission of Industry. In his final term, he sat on the Permanent Commissions of Social Legislation and Public Works.[1]

Veas was born in the department of Quillota in June 1865, the son of Manuel Veas and Elena Fernández. He became active in the Democratic Party in the late 19th century and was associated with its labor-oriented wing.

Before entering Congress, he served in local government in Viña del Mar. He was a municipal councillor from 1900 to 1906 and also held the position of third mayor.

In Congress, Veas was mainly involved in issues affecting workers and public services. His parliamentary activity included labor legislation, railway workers and public education in the area he represented. As a member of the Social Legislation Commission, he took part in the consideration of measures concerning workplace accidents, women and child labor, working hours and the organization of labor administration.
