Bonolo Moletsane is a Motswana actress known for her work in short films and for her recognition at regional film festivals. She first rose to prominence for her role in the film *Test Your Love, Too* (2020), and more recently starred in *Morwaake* (2025), which received awards for its production.[1]

Education

She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies.[2] In 2023 she got a higher certificate in Performing Arts for Actors from Star Quality Creative Arts College.[3]

Career

In 2020 Moletsane starred as “Masego” in *Test Your Love, Too*, a film that explores themes of love, relationships, and HIV in Botswana.[1] For that performance, she was nominated for Best Actress at the 2021 uMngungundlovu Film Festival.[1]

Before entering film, she worked in advertising and media, appearing in commercials and print digital advertisements for clients such as Bank Gaborone, Botswana Life, and Botswana Unified Revenue Services (BURS).[1]

In 2025, Moletsane starred in the film *Morwaake* as the character “Vee.” The film won Best African Film at the 2024 Ekurhuleni International Film Festival (EIFF).[4][5]
