Boom Kitchen is a UK brand and manufacturer of recipe kits. It was founded in 2012 by James Doel and wife-and-husband team Claire and Carl Anderson. [1]. In 2013 the company launched 3 Indian style curry kits. Over the years the range expanded and now consists of seven recipe kits, five Indian style curry kits, a Sri Lankan style curry kit and a Moroccan tagine kit. The kits contain a combination of dry ingredients including whole spices, chillies, spice blends and dehydrated cooking stocks. Their curry kits are sold online and to independent retailers in the UK, Europe and North America.
