Borderlands is a Portuguese progressive metalcore supergroup formed in 2012 by Rui Terruta, Hugo Capelo and Cristovão Monteiro. During its lifetime, the band has been made up of members of Portuguese bands From Royal Hill, Death Circus, Came From Avalon, Human The Plague and Sunrise We Fall.

Borderlands have been described as progressive metalcore,[2][6][7][8][9][10] metalcore,[1][11][12] heavy metal[9] and deathcore[11] and have been compared to the likes of After the Burial,[11] Bury Tomorrow,[11] Erra,[8][11] Invent, Animate,[8][11] Karybdis[11] and Northlane.[8]
