Career

Dichev was raised in Levski Sofia's youth teams.

While playing with Minyor Pernik in the 2004–05 season, Dichev scored 35 goals in 31 matches in the Bulgarian third division.

With Vidima-Rakovski, Dichev became the top goalscorer of the Bulgarian second division in the 2006–07 season, with 20 goals in 26 matches. He was also named the best footballer of the season in the second division.

Between 1999 and 2000, Dichev was capped 4 times for the Bulgaria national under-21 football team.
