Bosnia and Herzegovina–Estonia relations are bilateral relations between Estonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Estonia recognized Bosnia and Herzegovina on June 1, 1992. Diplomatic relations between the two countries began on February 8, 1993.[1]

The Estonian ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, who resides in Tallinn, operates. Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Estonia, who resides in Stockholm, is also active.[1]
