Bossy Girl Cosmetics, an American cosmetics brand headquartered in Orange County, California. The company was founded by its chief executive officer (CEO) Brooke Wright.

Current products include eyeshadow palettes, false eyelashes, cosmetic brushes, lipsticks, eyeliners.[1]. They are most well known for their 7-piece Caribbean Brush Set and their Esperanza Eyeshadow Palette. Both products went viral worldwide within hours of release. Their target market is women between the ages of 13-55, although not limited to only this gender or age range. In 2017, Brooke Wright (an American Entrepreneur) had just begun her freshman year at Penn State [4]. Within months, she started the brand Bossy Girl Cosmetics. The company officially launched in November 2017. The original product lineup consisted of 5 different types of false eyelashes. Brooke Wright shared how she would walk through the aisles of department stores as a child, wondering how the companies were created, and dreaming of having her own brand one day.

As of 2020, Brooke Wright remains the CEO of Bossy Girl Cosmetics.
