Dr. Ruchelsman serves as a consultant to several collegiate athletic departments including Harvard University, Boston College, Brandeis University, and Babson College, and has been team physician for USA National Maccabiah Teams since 2013. In November 2025, he was appointed as a second opinion hand and wrist surgeon for the NBA/NBPA. He has published over 60 research articles, book chapters, and presentations in the field of hand and upper extremity surgery.
• Michael S. Guss, M.D. is an orthopedic surgeon, clinical instructor of orthopedic surgery at Tufts University School of Medicine, and is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He has published research on distal biceps tendon ruptures in NFL players and has performed surgeries on professional athletes, including Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco for a wrist fracture in 2023.
• Evan M.
