Boyana Cholakova is a Bulgarian musician, singer and music pedagogue associated with the active cultural life of the city of Pazardzhik. She is a soloist of Orchestra "Palitra"[1], as well as a participant in various musical formations and ensembles aimed at preserving and promoting the Bulgarian musical and folklore heritage.
Her professional activity covers both stage performances and pedagogical practice. Since 2024, Cholakova has been working as a music teacher at Georgi Bregov" Secondary School in Pazardzhik, where she actively participates in the education and musical development of students, encouraging their interest in art and traditional Bulgarian culture.
Along with her teaching activities, she also develops an active performing career. Cholakova is part of Ensamble Pazardzhik[2], where she participates in concert programs, festivals and cultural events presenting the richness of Bulgarian folklore.
In 2026, she expanded her professional activity by starting work at Child - Youth Folklore Ensamble "Elitsa"[3], where she held the position of choir conductor. In this role, Cholakova works with young performers, developing their vocal skills, focusing on the authenticity and artistic interpretation of folklore works.
