Favour Anietie Sunday, professionally known by his stage name Boyyblink, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, producer, actor and C.E.O of Boyyblink Music Foundation (BBMF RECORDS).
Boyyblink was born on November 10th, 2002 in Port Harcourt city, but he hails from Akwa Ibom state (The southern part of Nigeria).
He began his musical career in 2011 when he was nine years old, starting as a gospel singer but later migrating to Hip hop as he began to freestyle in school.
Boyyblink is the first son of the Anietie family; his dad is a Disk Jockey (DJ) popularly known as DJ Hotwave, who started his DJ career in early 2005.
Boyyblink’s family is a family of entertainers.
His mother (Comfort Anietie) is an actress, and his younger brother (Junior Anietie A.K.A J. Dollar) is also an artist who was signed by Boyyblink to be part of the BBMF family.
Boyyblink started with freestyles in 2017, releasing his debut extended play (EP) titled "Dancia" and a freestyle playlist in 2019 titled "Move ur Body," both consisting of hip hop. In late 2019, Boyyblink switched to Afrobeats as he was pressured by friends about the current trend for Afro; however, he became serious with the music genre and released his first afropop music titled " Success zone", which was officially released on November 28th, 2019, and later released his debut studio album titled "Back 2 Back", consisting of 21 tracks with a mixture of Afrobeats, Hip hop & Trap beats.
Boyyblink’s music has motivated many lives, including the youths, children and elders. Boyyblink is also a mentor to upcoming artists, as he sings more about life and less about love, according to his fans.
