Brandi Starr
Brandi Starr (born November 11, 1978 in Maryland) is an American business innovator[1] who authored the business marketing handbook known as "CMO to CRO, The Revenue Takeover by The Next Generation Executive"[2] and was named one of MartechExec's "50 Women You Need to Know in Martech."[3] Starr created the well-known system of establishing business consistency by reorganizing, scrutinizing customer actions, prioritizing revenue streams, and using technology to compete with similar businesses.[4] The system is credited as a revolutionary approach that unites silos and uncovers hidden revenue opportunities.[5] Starr suggests using the system as a blueprint to improve how staff relate to clients, thus increasing revenue.[6] The process uses marketing/revenue technology (RevOps) to build revenue around the customer experience.[7]
