Brandon Davis (born August 21, 1982) is an American entrepreneur and political candidate based in Nevada. He was the Libertarian Party nominee in the 2022 Nevada gubernatorial election and later became the Republican nominee for Nevada State Assembly District 34 in 2024.[1]
In addition to his political campaigns, Davis is the founder and chief executive officer of MNGR, a Las Vegas–based digital marketing and political consulting firm, and the founder and president of DOGE NEVADA, a nonprofit organization focused on government spending oversight.[2]
Early life and education
Davis was born in Rockford, Illinois. He graduated from Auburn High School in 2000 and later attended Southern Illinois University, where he studied mass communications.
Business career
Davis relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2012. In August 2015, he founded MNGR, a digital marketing agency providing advertising, branding, and political consulting services.[1] As chief executive officer, he has overseen the firm's growth within Nevada’s political and business sectors.
In March 2025, Davis founded DOGE NEVADA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit watchdog organization composed of technology professionals and economists that reviews Nevada’s public government portals to identify potential waste, fraud, and abuse.[2][3]
Political career
2022 gubernatorial election
In 2022, Davis ran as the Libertarian Party nominee for Governor of Nevada.[1] He received one of the highest vote totals recorded for a non-Democratic and non-Republican gubernatorial candidate in Nevada history. In January 2023, he joined the Republican Party.[1]
2024 Nevada Assembly campaign
In 2023, Davis declared his candidacy for Nevada State Assembly District 34. He won the Republican primary election in June 2024. In the November 2024 general election, he was defeated by incumbent Hanadi Nadeem.[4]
2026 Nevada Assembly campaign
In October 2025, Davis announced a second campaign for Nevada State Assembly District 34 in the 2026 election cycle.[5]
Music career
From 2007 to 2010, Davis toured as a singer and songwriter with the rock band My Solstice. He later performed as lead vocalist and guitarist for the rock band Bravo Delta from 2010 to 2019.[6]
Personal life
Davis resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, with his wife, Rebecca Davis, and their two children.
