Brandy Howard is an American actress, writer, and television personality. As an actress she is best known for her work in national and international television commercials. She has also appeared in television sitcoms that include Just Shoot Me and It's Like You Know, and movies that include Pandemic and Life on Liberty Street.
Howard is a writer with Julie Goldman, forming the duo Uncle Howard Goldman. She wrote for the show Fashion Police, a show originally hosted by Joan Rivers on E! Entertainment. She is a series regular on The People's Couch, a reality television show on Bravo. Most recently, she became the co-host of the Vanderpump Rules aftershow, which also airs on Bravo.
Early life and education[edit]
Howard was born in San Diego, California. Her family moved to Austin, Texas when she was 15 years old.[1] After graduating high school, she attended Texas Tech University where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Journalism. After receiving her degree, she moved back to Southern California.[1]
Career[edit]
Howard's acting career began in television commercials. She was featured in more than 50 national and international television commercials for brands such as Dominos, Bud Light, Sony, T-Mobile, Chevrolet, and Verizon.
Howard is a writer and forms the duo Uncle Howard Goldman with comedian Julie Goldman. The two met through a mutual friend on the Rosie O'Donnell family cruise in 2008, becoming best friends.[1] They have written for many television shows, theater, and stand-up.[1] Howard wrote for the show Fashion Police during its inaugural season with Joan Rivers in 2010. Her writing led to her and Goldman becoming a series regular on the Bravo reality television show The People's Couch.[2] Additional television work includes hosting Gay Street Therapy, a show that ran for 3 seasons on Tello from 2012-2013. She also co-hosted the web show Julie & Brandy in Your Box Office[1][3] and appeared on the show Whoa, Dude with Jonny McGovern.[4][5]
In 2015, Howard became the co-host of the Vanderpump Rules aftershow, another show which airs on Bravo.[6] She also wrote for the television show Funny Girls which aired for one season on Oxygen.[7]

Personal life[edit]
Howard resides in Los Angeles, California with her husband Kavan Reece.[1] The two met and began dating in 2000 and have been married since 2007.
