Branko Jovanović (Serbian cyrillic: Бранко Јовановић, born 7 April 1995) is a Serbian professional footballer, who plays as a central defender for Xinjiang Tianshan Leopard in the China League One.[1]

Career statistics[edit]

He started his career in the Red Star Belgrade (Crvena Zvezda), where he played through all youth teams and was a captain of the national U15, U16, U17, U18, and U19 teams, while also playing for the Serbian national youth team under Nenad Sakić and then Veljko Paunović.[2][3][4][5]

After the Red Star Belgrade, he played for OFK Beograd, FK Zeta, BSK Borča, Olimpik Sarajevo, Viktoria Plzeň, Extremadura Unión Deportiva, and Metalac Gornji Milanovac.

From season 2018 to 2022, he played in over 90 games for the Serbian club Teleoptik, before singing with Xinjiang Tianshan Leopard F.C. on 31 August 2022.[6]
