Brendan W. Clark is an American attorney and legal scholar. He received a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School in 2024 and a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College in 2021.[1]

Education

Clark attended Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where he studied history and public policy and law. He graduated summa cum laude in 2021 and completed a minor in religious studies.[1]

He subsequently attended William & Mary Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2024.[1]

During his time at William & Mary, Clark participated in the William & Mary Business Law Review and served as a symposium editor. He also participated in moot court and served as a law-school representative to the William & Mary Student Assembly.[1]

Legal career

Clark has worked in corporate and commercial litigation in Delaware. Publicly available professional information identifies him as an associate attorney in Wilmington, Delaware.[2]

Earlier in his legal career, Clark worked as a law clerk for the minority on the United States Senate Committee on Rules and Administration. He also worked as a student researcher for the National Center for State Courts.[1]
