Brent Paxton

A cousin to Bill Paxton, Brent Paxton spent much of his life in Latin America and worked in casting after Latinx filmmakers noted his Hollywood connection and proficiency in English and Spanish. He assisted in casting several projects in Latin America and Texas.

A Los Angeles resident since the mid 2000s, Brent has worked in the entertainment industry since the early 2004.

After studying for his MBA, Brent began work in representation as an agent for on-camera talent in television and major motion picture. As a talent representative, Brent regularly books actors on the most-watched and critically acclaimed television programs and films airing/streaming today.

Brent is an active member of the Los Angeles community participating in educational programs for entertainment professionals. Brent has lived in the Venice, Hollywood, and Los Feliz neighborhoods of Los Angeles. He now resides in the Pacific Palisades Highlands and has a home in Mexico City. Brent regularly works with talent in the New York and Los Angeles markets.

Brent works heavily with scripts and developed a reputation for being a "script doctor" for scripts that need retooling before becoming a manager. He has brokered deals for several feature films and series.
