Brett Cooper is an American political commentator, producer and actress. Although she is currently employed by The Daily Wire as a political commentator, she got her start as an actress in the 2011 short film 1000 Blisters.[1]
Career[edit]
Cooper started her career as an actress, first appearing in 1000 Blisters in 2011, then uncredited in Parental Guidance in 2012[2]. Following these first two appearances, she gained more small roles, such as a part in The Boy Scout (2013)[3] and Little Emily (2014).[4]
Her first major credit was in the Amazon Original series Gortimer Gibbon's Life on Normal Street (2016), where she played a minor supporting role for two episodes.[5] This was followed by more high profile project appearances such as in Shots Fired (2017)[6] and subsequently Bobbi and Gill (2017) and finally, Heathers (2018).
After these roles, Cooper made a change in the direction of her career in 2022, starting to appear in numerous individually made shorts on The Daily Wire's YouTube channel[7] such as "ASU students found guilty of harassing white classmates over pro-police sticker" and "Why are so many young people quitting their jobs?" These individual shorts were followed her sudden appearance in a new Daily Wire show and property, The Comments Section with Brett Cooper. She describes her show as a "Social media content review show"[8]
