Brian Icenhower (born October 27, 1972 in Gaffney, South Carolina) is a real estate coach and the CEO/Founder of Icenhower Coaching and Consulting, a nationally recognized real estate coaching and consulting firm. He is also considered to be one of the best real estate coaches in North America.
Career in Real Estate
Brian got his start in real estate in the early 1990s, and has launched several production-focused real estate teams in California and the Midwest United States. As a real estate broker, Brian's extensive implementation of productivity coaching, training, and recruiting programs propelled these companies to be repeatedly recognized as some of the highest-producing and fastest-growing offices in North America[1].
In addition to having a successful career as a real estate broker, he has also written several books which focus on the topic of real estate production, including the 2021 release of *The High Performing Real Estate Team*[2].
Icenhower Coaching and Consulting
Icenhower Coaching and Consulting (often stylized as ICC) is one of the largest Real Estate Coaching and Consulting firms in the United States.[3] As of August 2021, ICC coaches over 500 top-producing real estate agents, including several on the Real Trends Top 500 list. [4] In addition to one-on-one coaching, Icenhower Coaching also provides several online courses for real estate agents to sharpen their skills in Prospecting, Lead Generation, Real Estate Farming, Social Media, and building a winning real estate team. Other resources provided by ICC include a podcast, scripts, postcard templates, checklists, and presentation packets.
Coaching clients are provided access to weekly sales meeting videos, coaching tools, team meeting lessons, productivity training, real estate team systems, social media content, lead generation methods and motivational messages that clients can utilize to improve their results.
In 2021, Brian Icenhower and ICC began hosting the ICC Summit[5], a 3-Day real estate conference dedicated to helping top-producing agents build profitable real estate teams.
Personal Life
He is married to Robyn Icenhower, a successful real estate agent in California, and enjoys a very active lifestyle which includes running and surfing and spending time with his two children.
