Lutes is currently preparing to move portions of his production operations to the Philippines to shoot the upcoming thriller Sins of the ExPat, which will be filmed in General Santos City in 2027. Additionally, he directs Los Angeles-based, IMDb qualifying film festivals, including Creation International, Cinema WorldFest, and World Premiere Festivals.
