Bridge(musician)
Bridge (布瑞吉), whose real name is Cheng Jianqiao (程剑桥), was born in Chongqing, China. He is known as a Chinese rapper and is a member of GO$H! Music. Participating in the program "The Rap of China", he got ninth place in 2017. In October 2018, Bridge, together with K ELEVEN, held a press conference for the album "Newland".[1]
His favorite hip-hop musicians include Lil Uzi Vert, Schoolboy Q, Nas, J. Cole, and A$AP Rocky.[2]
Career
In April 2016, Bridge participated in the Strawberry Music Festival and performed for two days in a row.[3] After that, he was invited to take part in the music variety show "1.3 billion decibels" and sang the song "Wudu Yehua" on the scene.[4]
Participating in the program "The Rap of China", he got ninth place in 2017.[5]
On August 21st, 2017, Bridge released the single MV "EVERYDAY" on the Internet. The whole MV is full of authentic Sichuan-Chongqing dialects. The characteristics of Chongqing's rap are vividly displayed, leaving people an indelible impression.[6]
Personal Life
On March 21, 2018, he released the single "CHANGHE". On October 8, he announced his marriage on Weibo and posted two photos with his wife.[7]
