Brite is a Swedish fintech company and a licensed Payment Institute under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) that was founded in 2019. Brite offers a payment method that allows consumers to pay for goods and services at online merchants using their existing bank account.
Brite provides its payment services under the Swedish Payment Services Act (2010:751) as well as the EU Directive 2015/2366 about payment services (PSD2) and has, upon notification, the authority to provide payment services across EU/EES.[1]
