BritishAmerican Business is a membership organization representing companies from both the United States and United Kingdom.[1]. Headquartered in New York with a London office, BritishAmerican Business' members include transatlantic businesses[2], Fortune 500 companies and Small and medium-sized enterprises.[3]

History[edit]

BritishAmerican Business was formed in the year 2000, through a merger that incorporated the American Chamber of Commerce (UK) and British-American Chamber of Commerce (US) into a single business organization, serving members on both sides of the Atlantic[4].

Leadership[edit]

CEO[edit]

BritishAmerican Business' CEO is Duncan Edwards[5]. Edwards took the position in 2018 and was previously CEO of Hearst Communications[6]

Board of Directors[edit]

BritishAmerican Business' Board of Directors sets the direction for its operations, programs, member benefits and policy initiatives. It is chaired by Christopher J. Perry, President, Global Sales, Marketing & Client Solutions, Broadridge Financial Solutions[7]. Vivian Hunt DBE[8], Managing Partner UK & Ireland, McKinsey & Company, and Robert Garrett[9], New York Office Managing Partner, KPMG are both Vice-Chairs of the board.
