Brock Miller (born February 14, 1991) is an American football punter for the New Jersey Generals of the United States Football League (USFL). He played college football at Southern Utah.
College career[edit]
Miller redshirted at Southern Utah in 2009. Later he started to placekick for the Thunderbirds from 2010 until 2011. He started punting duties in 2012, He punted 67 times for 2,896 yards, an average of 43.3 yards per punt which was the fourth-best average in SUU history. He had a long punt of 72 yards, the fifth-longest in school history.[1]
San Francisco 49ers[edit]
Miller was signed by the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent on January 13, 2017. He Was waived on May 2, 2017.[2]
New York Giants[edit]
On December 6, 2018, Miller was signed to the New York Giants but was added to the practice squad seventeen days later. He was removed on the practice squad on January 7, 2019.[2]
Los Angeles Rams[edit]
On August 6th, 2019 the Los Angeles Rams signed Miller to a 1 year contract with the Rams.[3] He played through out the 2019 NFL preseason. He punted for 16 times for 758 yards with his longest punt being 58 yards for the 2019 NFL preseason.[4] He was released on August 30, 2019.[2]
Seattle Dragons[edit]
Miller signed with the Seattle Dragons. He Punted 23 times for 969 yards also his longest punt was 67 yards tied with Jake Schum[5]
New Jersey Generals[edit]
Miller was selected in the Supplemental draft of the 2022 USFL Draft by the New Jersey Generals.[6]
