Brofessional Development Podcast is a business and personal development podcast that airs weekly. The podcast debuted on July 24, 2020. First appeared on Itunes, Spotify and Pandora. Their mantra is "If you're not growing, you're dying."[1]

History[edit]

What started out as a book club, The bros decided to make a podcast to share their knowledge of what they learned from the books and how they applied it to their businesses and everyday life. Since 2020 they have steadily grown and have made over 70 episodes featuring business related topics, authors, and guested that have influenced them.

Format[edit]

Majority of each episodes are of four parts. First part is shoot for Shit, where the bros go around and talk about how their week is going and what interesting news is going around in the world. Second part is Quotes, where each bro talks about a quote that they like based on the topics that they talk about in that episode. Third part is where the group goes in depth with the topic and talk about how they view it and how they can apply it to their business and everyday life. Fourth part is Only Fans (Their followers) inquiries, where the bros will answer any questions that their followers had for them for that week.[2]

Members[edit]

The current members are Brad Loyet, Bobby Drummond, Dan Greiner and Matt Kresko. All members reside in the St. Louis, Missouri. Brad does all the video recording, edits and clips. Brad majored in business and started his own company called BP Fabrication LLC. Brad's company makes quality parts for the dirt track racing industry.[3] Dan is a entrepreneur, started his own company called Fullcircle Placements at the age of twenty-eight.[4] Dan also owns and runs an app called Gigme which helps people with everyday chores.[5] Dan is passionate about helping young entrepreneurs have a growth mindset as they enter into the real world. He hopes to accomplish that through the podcast. Bobby leads a sales organization that's B2B focused. In his free time, Bobby using goes golfing or playing in volleyball tournaments with Matt. Matt is the founder of Talent Acquisition Partners, he loves finding the perfect fit for job seeking individuals to companies of any size. In his spare time, he loves to work out, read, and playing in competitive volleyball tournaments.[1]
