Bruce Katzen is the Chaire of Kluger Kaplan's Trust and Estate's Litigation Practice Group. He is also a founding partner at the firm. Katzen dedicates his practice on litigation of probate, trust and guardianship disputes as well as commercial litigation, including corporate matters, securities, accountants’ liability and stockbroker liability and FiNRA arbitrations[1]. He has been recognized for his work in financial fraud, trust, guardianship disputes, company purchase and sale disputes, and life insurance coverage disputes.

During the beginning of his career, his training as a Certified Pubic Accountant helped highlight his interest in the fields of complicated financial fraud and probate cases. His background has allowed for him to more deeply comprehend the issues, more closely examine the witnesses, and more directly advance his client's role in the case.

He is passionate, claiming, "I’m passionate about prevailing in my clients’ cases. I combine that passion and hard work with my background in accounting and finance to provide a winning formula in financial fraud and complex commercial cases.[1]"

Bruce Katzen graduated magna cum laude from the Miami School of Law in 1984. Subsequently, he completed his Bachelor's from Boston University in 1980, where he graduated summa cum laude.
