Bryan Taylor Johnson (born August 9, 1984 in Baltimore, Maryland) is an American photographer. He is based in New York City.

History[edit]

After studying at Morgan State University, he graduated with a Bachelors of science in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. At the age of 23, he moved to Manhattan and found his niche in the fashion scene as a model, where he gained interest as a Fashion Photographer. Bryan Taylor Johnson Photography is known for telling stories that portray sexuality and fashion all while marketing a brand most paramount. His photography is published in a multiplicity of editorials, magazine publications and covers including: Vogue Italia IT, GQ, Fashinisto, Bleu, Exalta, Obvious, YVY, Bombshell, Huf, Slink, Elegant, Sheen and Jute Magazine to name a few. Johnson has also shot high-profile for clients including Starbucks, American Express, VH-1 featuring Kim Burrell, Marcc Clark for Urban Outfitters, Test Stack 17, The Back-2-Black Foundation, (Barbados), VEZA Bands, Hologram City, Members Club Clothing, ilatti Cosmetics, Cole Skincare for Men, Stoners Vintage Jeans, Reds Outfitters Sunglasses by Del Tora, Soul 36 Footwear, Royaums Footwear, LVL XIII Footwear, Alain Fagnidi and Groom Tuxedo Lounge.

He continues to work with many modeling agencies in New York including: Major, Click, Red, Wilhelmina, Re:Quest and Q Model Management. Johnson’s work includes collaborations with Recording Artists, NFL Players and Celebrities. Along with photography, he is also a Graphic Artist and Master Retoucher where he specializes in post-production and design. His industry insight, along with his motivational speaking engagements, has allowed Bryan to travel to Barbados and Washington, D.C. to inspire young adults and teenagers within the arts, where he educates the youth about prospective avenues in the entertainment industry.[1]
