Bryan Unkeless

Bryan Unkeless is an American film and television producer. He is the co-founder of Screen Arcade, an LA-Based production company with a first-look deal with Netflix.[1] Previously, he founded Clubhouse Pictures. Unkeless has produced several films, most notably Bright, I, Tonya, Birds of Prey, and the Hunger Games Film Series.

Unkeless is a graduate of Duke University, where he was a member of the Swimming & Diving team. His work in the film and television industry began with roles at Parkes-MacDonald and DreamWorks, before joining Color Force as a development executive. While at Color Force, Unkeless introduced company principal Nina Jacobson to the Hunger Games book series, eventually serving as co-producer on the film adaptations and rising to the position of Senior VP of Development.[2]

Unkeless left Color Force to found Clubhouse Pictures, through which he has produced the films I, Tonya, First Match, and Birds of Prey, along with the television series Dollface for Hulu.[3][4][5][6]

Upon producing Bright for Netflix alongside Eric Newman of Grand Electric, Unkeless and Newman co-founded Screen Arcade. The LA-based production company began a multi-year first-look deal with Netflix 2018.[1] Upcoming projects include Project Power, to be released in August 2020, Kate, and Bright 2.[7][8][9]
