Azermash Open Joint Stock Company is an organization of automobile production established in Azerbaijan on August 6, 2016.

First, Iran Khodro car manufacturing plant was established in Neftchala Industrial District. As a logical continuation of this work, the assembly plant of cars manufactured in Uzbekistan (Ravon), the assembly plant of GAZ group commercial vehicles manufactured in Russia and in the future the production plants of other car brands, increasing localization, service and sales (as well as spare parts), disposal program, specialized personnel training, realization of export possibilities of finished products and spare parts production are also planned.
