C. E. Powell

Catherine Emma Powell (born 1964) is a British botanist,[1] best known for authoring Authors of Plant Names with Richard Kenneth Brummitt,[2] a print database of accepted standardised abbreviations used for citing the author who validly published the name of a taxon.[3][4] The database is now maintained online at the International Plant Names Index.[5]
