CANDOR Techspace managed and serviced by Brookfield Properties is a tech park located in New Town, Kolkata.[1] It includes 304000 office space, amenities including a swimming pool, gymnasium, spa, steam and sauna, and food outlets. It is near the star-rated Novotel Kolkata. It is one of the earliest tech parks of Kolkata and is located in Action Area I cluster of Kolkata , New Town. It has a large facility, comprising 12 buildings — A,B ,C & G each including 3 sub-blocks and a proposed Sports Complex. The park provides campus facilities for multi national giants like Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, Capgemini, Genpact, Accenture, Concentrix, MPS Interactive Systems, Seamless Distribution Systems, MET Technologies and other medium and small sized companies. Two of the major Universities St. Xavier's University, Kolkata & University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Kolkata and located close to the campus that also caters to the fresher pool of workforce to the city.

The Park was originally constructed under the banner of Unitech Group known as Unitech Hi-Tech Structures Limited . The Company was converted into a private limited company in 2015 and the name of the park was changed to Unitech Hi-Tech Structures. After Brookfield Asset Management Inc, a Canadian asset management company acquired it the name was subsequently changed to Candor Kolkata One Hi-Tech Structures from January, 2016[2]

The Park was the first of its kind with the work-live-play environment to be built in Kolkata and has since become a role model for other IT Park-like projects in the city.
