Chandra Dulal (born 2 January 1969) is an Indian Nepali literary person, writer, editor, and cultural activist affiliated with the Nepali Sahitya Parishad (Nepali Literature Council) of Gangtok. This body is the premier Sikkim literary organization. He is famously known for his contributions to developing and conserving Nepali literature, language, and culture in India. Dulal has been awarded numerous awards for his life's work in upholding the Nepali language.

Chandra Dulal was born on 2 January 1969 to Late Balabhadra Chhetri and Late Krishna Kumari Chhetri. He is a Bachelor's degree holder.[1]
Career
Dulal is the Office Secretary of the Nepali Sahitya Parishad (NSP) of Gangtok. This society, established in 1981, works to develop the Nepali language and literature through journals, seminars, and workshops.[2][circular reference] He has played a pivotal role in Parishad's programs, publications, and community work in his position. He frequently speaks on behalf of the Parishad at public functions, such as solemn Bhasha Diwas commemorations, where he delivers lectures on the language movement and celebrates the constitutional acknowledgment of Nepali.
