CK Khai is a Burmese pastor, singer/songwriter and author, based in Kalay City, Myanmar. The official name of CK Khai is Cin Kim Khai. He started composing and singing songs when he was 4. He performed several songs that he composed and received great recognition from his people in his very young age. He was best known for his Comedy Rock songs since age of 13, with the nickname CK Khai.
Biography
Khai was born on July 22, 1987 to Rev. Khup Khen Thang and Mrs. Niang Go Dim, in Tedim Township. Khai relocated to Kalay City in 2000 where he is based with his family now. He finished high school in Kalay Basic Education High School No. (2) in 2004. When he finished High School, he studied Theology in Myanmar Vision Church College in Yangon. Since 2005, Khai started composing gospel songs and the song he composed Lungzuan Christmas, released in 2007 became one of the most popular Zomi Christmas songs.
After he graduated from Myanmar Vision Church College in 2008, he continued studying for Master of Theology in Southern Asia Bible College, Bangalore. In 2010, he obtained his Master's degree in Theology. In 2011, he started evangelizing in rural places of Myanmar. In 2012, he started Grace Gospel team which has been doing gospel tours around the world and televangelism. In 2016, he received a divine calling to start a church at age of 29. He and his father started Grace Church where he is currently serving the Lord as an associate pastor. At the same time, Khai has published several books, featuring a collection of short, inspirational stories, motivational essays and sermons.
Career
Khai pursued his career in music since he was a bible college student. Studying in bible college, he composed several gospel songs and performed featuring with other Burmese artists. He released his first album, Kong It Zua (Vol 1) in 2010 when he was a Master Bible College student. During his student life, he also worked as a part-time music teacher in churches in Bangalore. He continued his career in music and has composed over 200 songs in Zomi language, Burmese and English languages.
Khai is a full-time pastor in Grace church in Tahan, Kalay township. Khai is also leading Grace gospel team which is spreading the word of God in urban and rural places of Myanmar and around the world in gospel tours. The team is also doing televangelism for Myanmar people around the world.
Pastor CK Khai is invited for seminars, talks and crusades in different places of Myanmar and other countries such as the United States, Australia, Malaysia and India.

Books
CK's first book, Na Kisap Khat" (Something You Need) was published in October 2015 and became one of the best selling books in Myanmar. New editions are published each year and the Fourth edition was published in September 2019. He has published 2,500 copies of "Na Kisap Khat" as of 2019.
He released his second book named Zatui" (Get Your Cure) in 2017.
His third book, Minute 26 was published in July 2018 and his fourth book, The 7 Keys was published in October 2019.
